Abstract
The Resolution regulates the quality of potable water. It consists of four articles: General provisions (1); Sanitary requirements imposed on potable water (2); Internal control and monitoring of potable water (3); and State control of potable water (4). The Resolution applies to water that is used for drinking, cooking or production of food products. It however does not apply to mineral water for treatment, medical and other special-use water, water from individual water source which is not included in commercial chain, and those mineral waters whose mineralization exceed 1,500 mg/l.
