Abstract
This Ministerial Decision, implementing provisions of the Law no. 1564 of 1985, amends the General Technical Regulation for the Control and Certification of Seeds of Field Crops, Forage Plants and Legumes, Vegetables and Potato Tubers for Planting and the Technical Regulation for the Control and Certification of Seeds of Forage Plants, in compliance with the European Legislation. The main purpose of the amendment is to comply with the provisions of the Regulation of the European Commission no. 92/19 ECC of 23 March 1992, concerning new plant and legumes species, and the certification of their seeds.
