Ministerial Joint Decree No. 114649 as regards the maximum pesticide residue levels for dithiocarbamates in and on certain products of plant and animal origin, in compliance with Commission Directive 2007/57/EC.

Maximum levels for pesticide residues in and on certain products intended for human consumption are kept under constant review and changed by the European Community legislation in order to take account of new information and data. The Decree, with the view to give effect to Commission Directive 2007/57/EC, provides for the following amendments to the Greek legislative frame regarding MRLs: 1) Ministerial Joint Decree 300481/84 is amended as follows: in Annex II, the entry for thiram is deleted; 2) Ministerial Joint Decree No. 290341/88 is amended as follows: in Part A, Annex II the MRL entries for mancozeb, maneb, metiram, propineb and zineb are replaced as set out in the Table contained in article 2 to this Decree; 3) Presidential Decree No. 497/89 is amended as follows: in Part A, Annex V the entries for mancozeb, maneb, metiram, propineb and zineb are replaced by those established in the Table contained in article 3 to this Decree; 4) Ministerial Decree No. 352654/95 is amended as follows: in Annex II the entries for mancozeb, maneb, metiram, propineb and zineb are replaced, as shown in the Table contained in article 4 to this Decree.
