Abstract
With this Decree, paragraph 1 of article 3 to Ministerial Joint Decision No. 288915/2006 is replaced as follows: “1. The suppliers of cultivated plant varieties seeds or potato tubers, produced with the organic production method pursuant to article 6, paragraph 2 of Council Regulation (EEC) No. 2092/91, are allowed to trade such propagating material as “organic” provided that it is registered in the electronic database. It Is prohibited the marketing of cultivated plant varieties seeds or potato tubers as organic propagating material if this has not been produced according to the national and European Community legislation for seed production”.
