Abstract
The purpose of this Decree is to adapt the Greek legislative frame, as regards the transport of dangerous goods by road, with the provisions of Directives 2003/28/EC, 2004/111/ΕC and 2006/89/ΕC adapting for the fourth, fifth and sixth time respectively to technical progress Council Directive 94/55/EC. Therefore, Annexes A and B to Presidential Decree No. 104/1999 (with which Council Directive 94/55/EC was implemented) are replaced by the Annexes (A and B) attached to this Decree. Also, Annex C to Ministerial Joint Decree No.73368/3230/2000 of 2002 is replaced by Annex C attached to the present Decree.
