Abstract
The purpose of this Decree is to adapt the Greek legislative framework to the provisions of Directive 2000/61/EC amending Council Directive 94/55/EC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States with regard to the transport of dangerous goods by road. Under this light, article 1 of the present Decree amends certain provisions of Presidential Decree No. 104/1999 (with which Council Directive 94/55/EC was implemented). Also, with article 2 to this Decree, Annex C, regarding the provisions of certain articles of Directive 2000/61/EC is attached herewith.
