Abstract
The text of Annex I to Presidential Order 115/97, as regards the active substances imazalil, azoxystrobin, kresoxim-methyl, spiroxamine, azimsulfuron, fluroxypyr, metsulfuron-methyl, prohexadione-calcium, triasulfuron, esfenvalerate, and bentazone, is replaced by the text in Annex I to this Decree. Also, at the same Annex I, the active substance lambda-cyhalothrin is added, as laid down in Annex I to this Decree. The Ministerial joint decrees listed in the third column of Annex II are hereby repealed without prejudice to the obligations deriving thereof concerning the transposition deadline and the specific provisions set out in Annex II.

Entry into force notes
The provisions of this Decree shall enter into force as from 24 December 2000. The provisions in article 2 to this Decree concerning the active substance lambda-cyhalothrin together with the inclusion of this active substance in Annex I to Presidential Order 115/97 shall apply as from 1January 2002.

Τροποποίηση του Παραρτήματος Ι του Προεδρικού διατάγματος αριθ. 115/1997 «Έγκριση, διάθεση στην αγορά και έλεγχος φυτοπροστατευτικών προϊόντων σε συμμόρφωση προς την οδηγία 91/414 του Συμβουλίου, όπως έχει συμπληρωθεί», ώστε να ενοποιηθεί το παράρτημα αυτό και να καταχωρηθεί η δραστική ουσία lambda-cyhalothrine, σε συμμόρφωση προς την Οδηγία 2000/80/ΕΚ της Επιτροπής.
