Abstract
Article 3 to this Decree establishes the general rules, fishing gears, seasons and other terms for fishing within the internal water bodies of the country. Article 1 lays down specific requirements in terms of gear, tools, seasons and licenses for fishing the specie Atherina boyeri. The same article regulates fishing of this specie within the Trichonis lake. Article 4 provides for amateurish fishing in inland waters by replacing paragraph 1, article 4 of Presidential Decree No. 373/1985.
