Abstract
By way of derogation from paragraph 4, article 1 to Royal Decree No. 142/1971, fishing within and vending of caught fish from lake Kerkini is allowed proviso the catch measures 30 per cent less than that established with Royal Decree No. 142/1971. Also, points (a) and (b), paragraph 1, article 1 and point (a), paragraph 3, article 1 of Royal Decree 249/1972 are replaced by the text of article 2 to this Decree. The replacement regards fishing gear and seasons for fishing within a number of lakes.
