Abstract
This Decree establishes that any lake or river enhancement program with any aquatic fish species or organisms must be approved in prior by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries Department. The first article, paragraph 3, amongst other provisions, requires the issuing of a licence for the establishment of aquatic animals farms. The Decree also establishes the allowed fishing gear to be used within lakes and sets forth provisions for amateurish fishing.
