Abstract
The Decree establishes the fishing gear which may be used for fishing within lakes (article 1), prohibits the extirpation of aquatic vegetation from lakes (article 2) and lays down specific provisions for fishing within the lakes Pamvotida and Orestiada (also known as lake Kastoria) (article 3). Article 4 establishes sanctions. Article 5 repeals certain legislative texts.
