Abstract
This Decision, based on the provisions of the Croatian Plant health Law, and for purposes determined in the Regulation on measures for the prevention and suppression of the vine golden jaundice, determines all demarcated areas in which measures are implemented in order to prevent the spread and control the vine golden jaundice. The demarcated areas shall include an infected area with a width of at least 1 km from the place where the presence of vine golden jaundice has been determined and which includes one or more neighboring cadastral municipalities and a safety area with a width of at least 5 km from the border of the infected area, which includes several neighboring cadastral municipalities surrounding the infected area. Maps of these demarcated areas can be found in the Annex of this text.
