Abstract
This Decision, based on the provisions of the Plant health Law and for the purpose of implementation of measures contained in the Regulation on the designation of demarcated areas in which measures are implemented to prevent the spread and control of vine golden jaundice (articles 8, 9, 10 and 12), determines the updated designation of demarcated areas in which necessary measures are implemented with the aim to prevent the spread of vine golden jaundice (plant disease Grapevine Flavescence dorée).
The Annex is part of this publication (set of demarcated area maps).
