Abstract
This Decision, as for the purposes of respecting the rules prescribed in the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/2095 of October 28, 2022 on establishing measures to prevent the introduction of the organism Anoplophora chinensis (Forster), determines the demarcated areas in which measures to eradicate the Asian tapeworm Anoplophora chinensis (Forster) are implemented. The list of settlements that make up the infected area and the list of settlements that make up the security area in the demarcated areas from point I of this Decision can be found in Annex 1; maps of the demarcated areas from point I of this Decision can be found in Annex 2.
