Decision determining demarcated areas in which measures to prevent the spread and to control the Asian strizibeetle Anoplophora chinensis (Forster) are implemented.

This Decision, based on the provisions of the Croatian Plant health Law, and for purpose of accomplishment of specific rules and obligations deriving from Commission Implementing Decision 2012/138/EC as regards emergency measures to prevent the introduction into and the spread within the Union of Anoplophora chinensis (Forster), here determines the demarcated areas in which measures aimed to prevent the spread and to control Asian strizibeetle Anoplophora chinensis (Forster) are implemented. The list of settlements that make up the infected area and the list of settlements that make up the security area in such demarcated areas can be found in Annex 1 of tis text. Actual maps of the demarcated areas can be found in Annex 2.
