Law on climate change and ozone layer protection.

This Law determines the competence and responsibility for climate change mitigation, climate change adaptation and protection of the ozone layer, documents on climate change and ozone protection, monitoring and reporting of greenhouse gas emissions, greenhouse gas emissions trading system, aviation sector, sectors outside the emission trading system, the Union Register, ozone depleting substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases, climate change mitigation financing, climate change adaptation and ozone layer protection, climate change and ozone protection information system, and related administrative and inspection oversight. This Law further transposes and regulates the framework for the implementation of several European Union directives into the legal order of the Republic of Croatia (article 2, paragraphs 1 and 2).
The text is divided into fifteen thematic Chapters and a total of 134 articles. Titles of Chapters are as follows: I. General provisions; II. Climate change documents and ozone protection; III.
