Abstract
This Law amends and adds certain provisions to the Law on marine fisheries (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 62/2017 and already amended in the Gazette 14/2019). Changes are regarding the list of European Union legislative documents that are implemented and observed (listed in article 2 of the original text); contents of article 55 (related to subsidies in fisheries); articles 77, 78, 79, 83, 84, 85 and 86 which are all setting offences and related penalty provisions.
