Law amending the Consumer Protection Law.

This Law adopts measures provided by the following Council Directives: CELEX 31998L0027) Directive 98/27/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 May 1998 on injunctions for the protection of consumers' interests; (CELEX 31997L0007) Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 1997 on consumer protection with regard to the conclusion of distance contracts; (CELEX 31985L0577) 85/577/EEC: Council Directive of 20 December 1985 regarding the protection of consumers in respect of contracts negotiated away from business premises; (CELEX 32002L0065) Directive 2002/65/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 September 2002 on distance marketing of financial services intended for consumers and amending Council Directive 90/619/EEC and Directives 97/7/EC and 98/27/EC (CELEX 31993L0013) Council Directive 93/13/EEC of 5 April 1993 on unfair terms in consumer contracts; (CELEX 32005L0029) Directive 2005/29/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 May 2005 on unfair business practices of enterprises in relation to consumers in the internal market and amending Council Directive 84/450/EEC, Directives 97/7/EC, 98/27/EC and 2002/65/EC of the European Parliament and Council, as well as Regulation (EC) no. 2006/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council ("Directive on unfair commercial practices") (text with EEA relevance); (CELEX 31994L0047) Directive 94/47/EC of the European Parliament and the Council of 26 October 1994 on the protection of purchasers in respect of certain aspects of contracts related to the purchase of the right to use immovable properties on a timeshare basis; (CELEX 31998L0006) Directive 98/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 February 1998 on consumer protection while highlighting the price of products offered to consumers.
