Abstract
This Law amends various provisions of many articles part of the Consumer Protection Law (Official Gazette of the republic of Croatia 79/2007, 1252007 and 79/2009).
Major changes are related to the general terms and definitions, official denominations and basic principles, (provisions also prescribed by various Council Directives already adopted), trade and marketing rules, inspections and security procedures, and offences and penalties.
