Abstract
This Law amends some provisions part of the Consumer Protection Law (Official Gazette of the republic of Croatia 79/2007, 1252007, 79/2009 and 78/2012).
Changes are related to the provisions of Council Directives already adopted and listed, trade and marking and labeling rules.

Entry into force notes
This Law enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette, except for the provisions of the article 3 which will enter into force on the date of accession of the Republic of Croatian into the European Union.
