Law amending the Food Law.

This Law here amends certain provisions part of the Law on food (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 81/2013, and already amended in the Gazette 130/2015).
Changes are related to the general replacement of the previously designated Croatian Food Agency into the new and updated Croatian Agribusiness and Food Agency; also in article 32, paragraph 1, the words "the implementation of official controls" shall be replaced by the words "the organization of official controls"; in paragraph 2, after the words: "sanitary inspectors", a comma shall be deleted and the words: "food quality inspectors, agricultural inspectors and livestock inspectorates from the bodies referred to in paragraph 1 of this article" are replaced by the words: "and agricultural inspectors".
