Abstract
This Law changes various provisions of articles 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 22, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 32, 35, 36, 38, 39, 40, 41, 48, 54 and 57 of the Law on designations of origin, geographical indications and traditional reputation of agricultural products and foodstuffs (Official Gazette 84/08) and regarding markings and tracebility, packaging and labelling, international trade, duties of the inspection bodies and offences and penalties.
This Law cancels the provisions of article 56.
This Law also changes the provisions of Annexes I, II and III of the Law on designations of origin, geographical indications and traditional reputation of agricultural products and foodstuffs (Official Gazette 84/08).
The new Annex I is an integral part of this Law.
