Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions part of the Law on food hygiene and microbiological criteria for food (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 81/2013).
Changes are related to the general replacement of the name of the competent national authorities (the words "Croatian Food Agency" shall be replaced by the words "Croatian Agency for Agriculture and Food"). In Article 13 (paragraph 1) the words "the implementation of official controls" are replaced by the words "organization of official controls". In paragraph 2 of the same article, the words "from the body referred to in paragraph 1 of this article" shall be deleted, and the words "bodies referred to in paragraph 1 of this article" shall be replaced by the words: "State Inspectorate".

Entry into force notes
This Law shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into force on 1 January 2019, with the exception of article 13 (paragraphs 1 and 2), as amended by article 2 of this text, which shall enter into force on 1 April 2019.
