Abstract
This Law amends various provisions of articles 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, 13, 17, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 28, 31, 33, 34, 36, 38, 43, 45, 47, 52, 54, 55, 57, 60, 61, 62, 64, 66, 68, 71, 72, 73, 75, 76, 78 and 84 of the Law on freshwater fisheries (Official Gazette 106/01).
This Law also cancels the provisions of articles 86, 92 and 93 of the Law on freshwater fisheries (Official Gazette 106/01).
Major changes are related to the general definitions, inspection duties and standards, official control requirements and offences and penalties.
