Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions part of the Law on the implementation of Regulation (EC) no. 689/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the export and import of dangerous chemicals (Official Gazette 139/2010).
Changes are related to the general terms and definitions, and some official competence and administrative requirements regarding the Croatian institutions.
