Abstract
This Law adopts all community standards and technical measures directly deriving from the Council Regulation (EC) no. 850/2004 on persistent organic pollutants (30.04.2004) and defines its final implementation and application on the territory of the Croatian Republic.
All terms and definitions used in this Law have the same meaning as terms used in the council Regulation (EU) no. 649/2012.
