Abstract
This Law amends various provisions of the articles 33, 41, 83 and 96 of the Law on Seeds, Planting Material and Registration of Varieties of Agricultural Plant (Official Gazette 140/05).
This Law cancels the provisions of articles 90 and 91 of the Law on Seeds, Planting Material and Registration of Varieties of Agricultural Plant (Official Gazette 140/05).
Major changes are related to official controls and duties and responsibilities of the authorized inspector.
