Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions part of the Law on seeds, planting material and registration of varieties of agricultural plants (Official Gazette 140/2005, 35/2008, 25/2009, 124/2010 and 55/2011).
Changes are related to the cancellation of the provisions (of the article 77, paragraph 3) regarding the inspection duties performed by economic inspectors of the State Inspectorate in accordance with special rules governing the trade and consumer protection on the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
