Law amending the Law on water for human consumption.

This Law amends and adds certain provisions part of the Law on water for human consumption (Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 56/2013 and 64/2015).
Changes are related to the new reference document that is also adopted hereby (Commission Directive (EU) 2015/1787 of 6 October 2015 amending Annexes II and III to Council Directive 98/83/EC on the quality of water intended for human consumption); HACCP provisions in relation with the Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs; issues on expert Committee for risk assessment in water monitoring programme for human consumption, and conformity assessment and approval of water safety plans for human consumption (article 12b and 12c); requirements for the necessary registration of legal entities performing public water supply or similar; and offences and penalties.
