Abstract
This Law amends, cancels and adds several provisions part of the Law on water for human consumption (published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 56/2013 and already amended in Gazettes 64/2015 and 104/2017).
Changes are related to the new terms used in articles 1 and 4; provisions on competent bodies (article 8); cancellation of the article 11 (paragraph 2, subparagraph 2); abrogation of the State Bureau for Radiological and Nuclear Safety in the entire text; several obligation of state inspectorate; offences and penalties from article 45.

Entry into force notes
This Law enters into force on 1 January 2019, except for articles 1 and 2, articles 3 and 4 in parts pertaining to the state inspectorate, article 7, article 9 in the section referring to the state inspectorate, articles 10 and 11, article 12 in the part relating to the state inspectorate, articles 14 to 21, and article 25 in the part referring to the state inspectorate, which shall enter into force on 1 April 2019.
