Abstract
This Law amends several provisions part of the Law on water for human consumption (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 56/2013 and already amended in Gazettes 64/2015, 104/2017 and 115/2018).
Changes are related to the contents of article 4 (definitions); minor changes in article 5 (definition of healthy water for human consumption); minor changes in article 6 (parameters for checking compliance of water for human consumption); contents of articles 22 and 24 (necessary procedures in case of deviation from the parameters for checking the conformity of water for human consumption); article 29 (sampling location and methods); added article 32-a (inspection provisions); and several added provisions to the article 46 (offences and penalties, added articles 46-a and 46-b).
