Abstract
This Order, based on the provisions of the Croatian Veterinary Law, determines measures aimed to prevent the occurrence and early detection of the introduction of African swine fever virus, that shall be implemented (see article 1) on the entire territory of the Republic of Croatia. All holdings where pigs are kept must be categorized in relation to biosecurity. Supervision over the implementation of the measures specified in this Order shall be carried out by veterinary inspectors of the State Inspectorate of the Republic of Croatia. The costs arising from the implementation of the measures of this Order that are covered from the state budget are (article 5).
