Regulation on accreditation of the Agency for payments in agriculture, fisheries and rural development.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Croatian Law on agriculture, determines the bodies participating in the accreditation procedure and supervision over the fulfillment of accreditation criteria for the national Agency for payments in agriculture, fisheries and rural development. This text further sets the necessary conditions that must be met by such Agency, in order to obtain accreditation for the use of European Guarantee Fund in agriculture and of European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development, including related procedures for granting relevant accreditation.
