Abstract
This Regulation stipulates the necessary conditions to be met by the Croatian Agency for payments in agriculture, fisheries and rural development in order to obtain the accreditation for use of the European Fund for Agricultural Guarantee and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development, including the terms of the procedures for allocation, accreditation, and monitoring.
This text transposes and respects the provisions contained in the following documents: Regulation (EU) no. 1306/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 on the financing, management and monitoring of the common agricultural policy and its repealing Regulations (EEC) No. 352/78, (EC) No. 165/94, (EC) No. 2799/98, (EC) No. 814/2000, (EC) No. 1290/2005 and (EC) 485/2008; Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) no. 907/2014 of 11 March 2014 that amends the Regulation (EU) no. 1306/2013 of the European Parliament and the Council regarding the paying agency and other bodies, financial management, settlement of accounts, guarantees and the use of the euro; Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) no. 907/2014) and its implementing Regulation (EU) no. 908/2014 of 6 August 2014 laying down the rules for the application of the Regulation (EU) No 1306/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council in terms of paying agencies and other bodies, financial management, settlement of accounts, control rules, guarantees and transparency.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
