Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the criteria for granting permanent fishing quotas for tuna (Thunnus thynnus) with angling tools in commercial fisheries, and fishing individual quotas for tuna in 2012.
This Regulation shall apply to all vessels for commercial fishing with angling tools in commercial fisheries that catch tuna.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
