Abstract
This Regulation officially determines: the division of State quotas and enduring individual quotas for 2014 for vessels (purse seining); a long-term distribution of individual quotas for 2014 for vessels (angling tools in commercial fisheries).
State quotas (13.59 tons for 2014) are awarded to the commercial fishing vessels.
The Ministry of Agriculture will conclude an Agreement with the owner/fishing vessel safety agent on the allocation of the State quota, which will determine the rights and obligations.
