Regulation amending and supplementing the Regulation on the marketing of fruit plant propagating material and fruit plants intended for fruit production.

This Regulation amends and supplements several provisions to the Regulation on the marketing of fruit plant propagating material and fruit plants intended for fruit production (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 9/2017).
Changes are regarding different handling and processing fruit plant propagating material related rules, among updated European Union reference documents; also a new Annex is here to replace the previous one.
