Regulation on the placing on the market of reproductive planting material and seedlings intended for fruit production.

This Regulation here determines the genera, species and hybrids of fruit species that can be certified, the categories of propagating planting material and seedlings, the production of propagating planting material and seedlings and the obligations that must be met by suppliers of propagating planting material and seedlings, the identification and monitoring of critical points in the production process, official supervision and supervision under expert control, the issuance of certificates and warrants, packaging, labelling, placing on the market, trade and storage of propagating planting material and seedlings, conditions for small producers and local circulation, the import of planting material and requirements regarding the quality of propagating planting material and seedlings.
