Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the accreditation of the Paying Agency in Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development (Official Gazette 40/2011).
Major changes are related to the implementation of the terms and rules stipulated by the Commission Regulation (EC) No. 885/2006 of 21 June 2006 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Regulation (EC) No. 1290/2005 as regards the accreditation of payment agencies and other bodies and the clearance of accounts of the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF) and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD); accreditation/administration issues; and other European Commission relevant provisions.
