Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on agricultural holdings (Official Gazette 76/2011).
Major Changes are related to the general terms and definitions, technical and administrative requirements and standards, and other minor registration obligations.
This Regulation also changes some parts of the Annex.
The amended part of the Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on the first day after its publication in the Official Gazette, except for the provisions of article 4 paragraph 4, which shall enter into force on the date of accession of the Republic of Croatian into the European Union.
