Abstract
This Regulation prescribe terms and conditions for the registration and changes in the Register of the Farms, correct manner to comply with all the records, standards for the records which are kept by the Ministry responsible for agriculture, or institutions in agriculture, and the form and content of the application for registration and related changes.
The Register contains information on: farms; holder/responsible person on the farm (including other members of the family farm also identified by the code: OPG); headquarters of the related farm; economic structures in the headquarters and outside; possession of agricultural land; the use of agricultural land; sale of own agricultural products produced on the family farm; livestock relate data.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
