Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the method of keeping and functioning of Croatian Farmers Register, that represents the unified national register of all authorized agricultural holdings and farms.
This text closely determines the types of data, necessary checks, methods of consolidation and data delivery techniques from other databases into the above mentioned national Register, including manner and conditions of sale of own agricultural products, manner of keeping records on production and sale of own agricultural products, manner and deadlines for reporting to the Agency for Payments in Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development. These rules are meant for the all agricultural producers, including family farms and family farm production.
This Regulation further sets out the terms as regards the content and procedure for issuance of the agricultural card (see articles 11 and 12; and Annex 3).
