Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the catch, breeding and transport of bluefin tuna (Thunnus thynnus), published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia nr. 04/2017.
Significant changes are related to the general terms, definitions and provisions regarding the owners of the fishing vessels and their responsibilities in terms of registration, administrative rules and data collection-delivery as regards the catch quotas.
