This Regulation changes and adds provisions of the article 5 of the Regulation on the catch, cultivation and trade of tuna (thunnus thynnus), swordfish (xiphias gladius) and needleloom (tetrapturus belone) (Official Gazette 26/11, 31/11).
Changes are related to the new standards and dates prohibiting certain types of tuna fishing.
