Abstract
This Regulation adds a new part to the article 1 of the Regulation on cereals, milling and bakery products, pasta and bough products (Official Gazette 78/05).
The new provision states: “The provisions of this Regulation shall not apply to the products which are lawfully manufactured and/or marketed in the EU Member State or lawfully manufactured in the States of EFTA, which is a party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area."
