Abstract
This Regulation provides for general requirements for the quality of cereals, milling and bakery products, pasta and pasta products, which are placed on the market, and related to: a) the technological processes used in the production and processing; b) sensory properties and composition; c) additional or specific requirements for labelling or marking; d) type and quantity of raw materials, additives and other substances used in the production and processing; e) classification and terminology; f) other technical data and standards provided for these products.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette and it will be fully applied after 1 January 2006.
Notes
On the effective date of this Regulation, the Regulation on the quality of grain, milling and bakery products, pasta and frozen dough (Official Gazette 53/91, 158/03) will be no longer in use.
