Abstract
This Regulation changes various provisions of articles 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 12 and 14 of the Regulation on the classification, marking, labelling and packaging of hazardous chemicals (Official Gazette 23/08).
Major change are related to the definitions and technical standards.
This Regulation also cancels the provisions of article 14 of the Regulation on the classification, marking, labelling and packaging of hazardous chemicals (Official Gazette 23/08).
New Annexes I-XIV are been printed among this Regulation, in order to substitute the previous ones.
