Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions prescribed by articles 2, 8, 14, 22, 25, 27, 28, 32, 46, 48, 53, 55, 56, 57, 59, 67, 75, 77, 78, 81, 82 and 92 of the Regulation on conducting the inspection on navigation safety (Official Gazette 127/2005).
Changes are related to the general definitions, inspection duties and responsibilities, safety provisions, and offences and penalties.
This Regulation further amends various provisions of the Annex, and the changed parts of the Annex are an integral part of this Regulation, containing technical provisions and standards.
