Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all necessary standards and rules representing the correct manner and procedure for the: safety inspection of navigation, protection of the marine environment, prevention from the pollution, living and working conditions on board ships, security protection of ships and ports, obligations of meeting the costs of re-inspection, the conditions that must be met by the navigation safety inspectors, forms and methods for the issuing of ID cards and badges for safety inspectors, and authority to perform certain inspection tasks.
