Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all necessary standards and criteria for the correct manner and procedure regarding the conduction of the safety inspection in navigation on the Croatian territory.
This Regulation prescribers measures in order ensure the: protection of the marine environment, living and working conditions on board of ships, security protection of ships and ports, obligations of meeting the costs of re-inspection, the conditions that must be met navigation safety inspector, forms and methods for the issuing of ID cards and badges for safety inspectors, and competent authority that will perform the inspection related affairs.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
